Automatic, recipe-driven dosing of multiple liquids — oil, molasses, enzymes — weighed and delivered per batch by the control system.
The automatic liquid adding system stores, weighs and injects several liquids per recipe, under PLC control, so each batch receives exactly what the formulation calls for without operator handling.
It closes the loop between the batching computer and the mixer for consistent finished-feed analysis.
