Production lines
Extrusion-based lines for floating and sinking fish feed, shrimp feed and pet food — 2 to 20 tonnes per hour.
Aqua and pet lines replace the pellet mill heart with SMHS wet extrusion, add SHGW belt drying and coating, and keep the same cleaning, grinding and packing sections around them.
Fine grinding and starch cook give the water stability aqua species demand; die changes switch the same line between floating, sinking and pet products.
Floating and sinking product by recipe and die; belt drying and oil coating included; species-specific fine-grinding specified up front.
