Wet extrusion for floating and sinking aqua feed and pet food — cooked, expanded and shaped in one conditioned pass.
The SMHS wet extruder steam-conditions the ration, then cooks and expands it through the barrel and die, producing floating or sinking pellets by recipe and die selection. Starch gelatinisation improves water stability and digestibility for fish, shrimp and pets.
Paired with the SHGW dryer and coating equipment it forms the core of SEMZON aqua and pet feed lines from 2 to 20 t/h.
