Twin-shaft paddle action for the shortest cycles and the gentlest handling — built for high-liquid and fragile-ingredient rations.
The SMSJ twin-shaft paddle mixer fluidises the batch between counter-rotating paddle shafts, reaching CV ≤ 5% in an even shorter cycle than ribbon mixing while treating heat-sensitive and fragile ingredients gently.
It is the mixer of choice where high liquid percentages — molasses, fat, oil — would overload a ribbon machine.
