20 t/h, across the border.

A fully automated poultry feed line for Albadar Feed — grinding, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, screening and packing — engineered in Lahore, installed and commissioned in Kabul.

20 t/hFull automationTurnkey

Albadar Feed needed a complete poultry feed plant delivered into Kabul — a project where every flange, cable and commissioning engineer had to cross a border on schedule. SEMZON delivered it as a single turnkey scope.

The line runs the full six-stage SEMZON flow: intake cleaning, SMSP grinding, SMHY batching and mixing with automatic liquid addition, SZLH conditioning and pelleting, SKLN counterflow cooling with crumbling and screening, and 25/50 kg packing — all under one PLC operator screen.

Fabrication and pre-assembly in Lahore compressed the on-site programme; SEMZON site teams erected, wired and commissioned to rated output, then trained Albadar's operators on the panel. Spares ship from the same works that cut the first steel.
