Roshan Feeds needed to move from mash to dense, durable pellets to serve a growing poultry market around Gujranwala. SEMZON delivered the pelleting heart of the line — conditioning, pressing and cooling — matched to the mill's existing grinding and batching.

The installation is built around the SZLH ring-die pellet mill with steam conditioning and SKLN counterflow cooling, so pellets leave hard, low-fines and within a few degrees of ambient, ready to bag.

Fabricated and trial-run in Lahore, then installed and commissioned on site — with dies, rollers and wear parts supported from the same works for the life of the plant.
